MRT allows you to edit names directly in external text editor and then apply them, you only need to save edited file and apply changes in MRT.
Click small button with clipboard icon in MRT, and then select Edit names. When you've done with editing file with names, click OK to allow MRT to load translated names. The only thing you should take care of is name parts that shouldn't be translated (e.g. extensions).
