Hacker,
Well, I've written an instruction, while this was only a supplementary information describing the source of the magical number 144896. Very Happy

Octopuss,
BTW there is an easier instruction for modifying tcmd900ax64.exe:
1. Split (Files - Split file) tcmd900ax64.exe with part size 4974280 bytes and save tcmd900ax64.001 part as tcmd900ax64_custom.exe (this step is required to strip SIGNATURE at the end of file).
2. Set compression level 0 in internal ZIP settings on Configuration - Zip packer settings page.
3. Enter tcmd900ax64_custom.exe as archive via Ctrl+PgDn.
4. Press F4 on INSTALL.INF, edit it and save, TC will ask to repack modified file, answer Yes. Check that modified INSTALL.INF in archive has compression ratio 0% and stored method in its properties.

Done!
