Both shortcuts work for me in Windows 7.
You can try some tool like Hotkey Commander to detect which app have registered some global hotkey. And then you will have to change that app's settings, or just kill it.![Very Happy]()
BTW you can use Ctrl+Enter/Ctrl+Shift+Enter for appending name/path to command line. And, there are special commands if you need to copy name/path to clipboard instead.
