Subject: TC9 beta: Default icons on vertical toolbar

Some suggestions...
- Remove: View, Edit, MakeDir. Reason: it is more fitting for the vertical bar to contain actions that involve the filelists
- Add: Unpack next to pack
- Add: target=source, swap panels as a pair
- Add a group (separator) with: file comparison, compare dirs, sync dirs
